If you have an interest in cataloging and/or library systems, we'd like to have you in our group.
Joining the SLL2 Cataloging Group is a 4-step process.
1. Sign up for an account at Second Life. The account is free, but a credit card or mobile phone number is required. The Second Life software runs on newer Macs and PCs - see system requirements for details. As part of this process you will acquire a Second Life name.
2. Log in to Second Life. Click on the blue Search button at the base of the screen and click on the Groups tab. Type in Library Cataloging and click on Search. Select Library Cataloging Group and click on the blue Join (L$0) button.
3. Join the SLL2 CATALOGING mailing list by sending your e-mail address and Second Life name to geekstersugarbeet@gmail.com.
4. Bookmark our home page - it's the official website for the group.
